1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ohunkohun ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Description of Services

Ohunkohun provides business management software including scheduling tools (SmartBook), inventory management (StockSense), payment tracking (PayTrack), and record-keeping (NoteVault). Features may evolve and be updated at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to Ohunkohun. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you input into the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohunkohun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or suspend services temporarily. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the platform at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of significant changes via email.
